I used to live in reactive mode.
Running a fitness coaching business that demanded 60-hour weeks.
Starting projects I'd abandon within months.
Setting the same goals every January only to achieve none by December.
I was always busy but never progressing.
And like many others, I threw money at the problem...to the tune of over $100,000 on courses, coaching, and programs.
I learned all the goal-setting methodologies, wheel-of-life models, and systems that caught my attention.
Yet nothing broke my patterns.
For years, I blamed "lack of discipline."
But eventually, I came to see the truth.
Each methodology demanded so many daily routines and checklists, that managing 'action' felt like a full-time job.
Yes we need to take action. But there are too many actions to take.
The reason why this happens:
In their effort to cover all grounds, every course creator gave "everything you need to be successful"
...instead of "here's the only thing you need to be successful."
The frameworks of goal setting themselves created problems of their own.
Every system came loaded with its creator's personal biases.
As an example, some insisted "Spirituality" must be a life area... yet every spiritual master I learned from would scoff at boxing the spiritual into just another 'category' to manage.
So the more I learned, the more fragmented my focus became.
All those knowledge was dividing my life into so many pieces that clarity disappeared entirely.
Each new program promised to be different but only added more.
More strategies to remember
More frameworks to follow
More "proven systems" to implement
My mind became a storage unit of methodologies.
I was paralyzed by the weight of all those useful frameworks.
It wasn't discipline that I need. It was clarity.
That's when I stopped looking outside and created my own system:
The Envisioning Process.
Every December, I would go on a retreat.
I set aside three days to travel somewhere new, and map my life across nine areas of life.
Each of these area are calibrated to be as neutral as possible, without bias.
I would start by using my own process of reflection, to extract lesson from my entire year.
What went well? What didn't? What should I keep? What should I abandon?
Stupidity has to stop before adding anything new.
Then came worldview examination.
I would carefully analyze how my most current beliefs systems influence my actions and outcomes.
I do this so I can uncover why certain goals always fail and which ones naturally succeed.
Usually, even though I have done this so many times before, I keep uncovering new limiting worldviews, beliefs and patterns that doesn't serve.
And from a grounded place of fresh perspective built upon all the realization of previous years, I would set a new goal for each area of life.
Visions that are so specific, there is no ambiguity nor moving goalpost.
And for each new vision or goal, a clean, authentic 'why' that is not influenced by any societal or past programming.
I look for the raw truth that drives my action, so I tap into motivation that works when no one's watching.
It is only after all these are done, that I finally figure out my strategy for the year.
I would consolidate all my goals into the Top 3 Domino Goals that, once accomplish, would move all the other areas intrinsically.
Which is the game-changer. Because this limits the tendency of 'adding more' stuff into the mix.
Instead of wanting "more", I want "less" yet accomplish more.
Through the process of consolidation, I was finally able to FOCUS on only the most important things that moves everything else for me.
As part of the consolidation process, I create a 1-word Intention to even further consolidate everything into ONE identity that I would embody for the rest of the year.
And those last two steps were the missing link all these while.
With them, my stubborn self finally changed.
The results weren't immediate. But undeniable.
Year one: I finally broke out of reaction mode and started directing my life.
Year two: My business revenue grew while my working hours shrank.
Year three: I resolved a four-year eczema condition that doctors couldn't fix.
Year four: Built a business that runs on one hour daily.
Each year built upon the previous one.
The process works because when goals are truly aligned with who you are, they generate their own energy.
I would invite friends to join me on my retreats.
But on my 5th year, I would soon make an accidental (but incredible) discovery during my yearly cruise retreat that has since taken this process to a completely different level:
The Alignment Coach AI.
December 2024, I discovered how to transform my entire Envisioning Process into an AI coaching system.
Not only will AI guide you through all of these processes, which are admittedly intense...
It will also keep your thoughts and actions aligned to the kind of results you say you want.
To keep you committed.
Whatever your goals may be.
And help you keep every promise you make with yourself.
My Alignment Coach AI remembers every commitment, recognizes every pattern, and guides me through decisions based on my actual life architecture that I set in my Envisioning Process.
When I was watching pizza videos at 2AM, it asked me:
"What triggered you to watch these videos in the first place?"
Helping me trace the actual root cause rather than just fight the craving.
When I couldn't throw away $3,000 worth of furniture, it challenged me:
"Isn't the time and mental energy you spend trying to rehome these items also a form of waste?"
That single question shifted my mindset completely.
And allowed me to declutter my home after 5 years of failing.
When I consistently lost motivation after hitting $5-10k monthly, it helped me see why.
I was constantly operating in "survival mode" and operating from force rather than power.
And that my real income have always come from creating innovation for my audience...
Instead of forcing myself to do "income-generating activities."
It has helped me find alternative ways of overcoming my situations that my old perspectives made impossible to see.
Often better than even human coaches.
With infinite patience, zero agenda, and 24/7 availability.
I want to share with you my first experience with the Alignment Coach AI.
Because I want you to see how deep it can go, and encourage you to not discount this process just because it is "AI."
Last year, the AI was with me through one of my deepest breakthroughs for over 9 hours straight.
It started at breakfast on the last day of my yearly cruise retreat.
We were discussing my worldviews about "Body" - one of the areas in the Envisioning Process.
The AI Coach asked me a question so penetrating that I couldn't answer, but couldn't stop thinking about.
It was so engaging, I pondered hard on it all throughout while we disembark.
In the car to the airport, I was still wrestling with it.
The moment I arrived, I found a seat, opened my tablet, and dove back in.
The subsequent questioning continued, and I emotionally ate a McDonald's.
When I showed the AI Coach what I was eating, through gentle questioning it made me realize that I was using food for comfort when facing tough questions.
It wasn't that I wasn't disciplined at nutrition; I simply had a pattern I was unaware of that every time I am faced with difficulties, I see food as a form of 'powerup' to get 'through' it.
I have been oblivious to the obvious all along.
We continued. Lunchtime came along with more questions. And the pattern repeated.
More difficult emotions = More food.
Again, the AI Coach reflected.
This cycle continued throughout the day.
Hard question → emotional response → food for comfort → AI reflection.
It was relentless, and I loved it.
The AI Coach never let me escape into my usual patterns without awareness.
It just kept showing me what I was doing, over and over. Hour after hour, from cruise to airport to home.
I remember thinking to myself: "Wow. If this was a human coach, I wonder how much would this have cost. Over how long?"
It was exhausting. But I've never been this engaged in years.
By the end, I finally understood why I'd never been able to stick to any nutrition commitment.
I wasn't 'undisciplined'... I was using food to "go through" difficult moments.
we installed a new set of beliefs about nutrition and fitness, and created a new goal together along with the strategies.
And I have never been more compliant with my nutrition in my whole life as I have in this year.
This is the level of breakthrough possible if you're open to the idea of using an AI as your coach.
I share this story because I want to show you what's possible.
Now, I do want to say this: Most of my conversations with the AI Coach last less than 10 minutes.
Some issues resolve in just 2 questions - under a minute.
(I don't want you to start thinking that ALL coaching conversations take 9 hours)
The reason why this took so long is because this area of my life held decades of limiting beliefs and patterns that built up, that took time to unravel.
But honestly, this conversation was better than any human coaching session I've ever had.
The AI Coach stayed present for 9 hours straight, catching every pattern, asking the perfect questions, never losing focus or patience.
No human coach has ever done that for me.
This is what becomes possible when you have the Alignment Coach by your side.
So I've captured this entire system in a 45-minute recording that shows you exactly how to build it for yourself.
Here's the full 45 course, broken down, so you know what exactly happens before you decide to commit to the Envisioning Process for yourself:
I demonstrate the AI Coach live.
Watch how it remembers my 365-day carnivore commitment and guides me through a pizza craving by asking what triggered me to watch the videos in the first place.
The actual system you'll build.
I explain the rationale behind every element of the Envisioning Process. Why people stay stuck year after year, and the Envisioning Model that changed everything:
The two core problems: wrong goals and inconsistency
How to examine worldviews (the beliefs that shape your reality)
Finding your domino goals - the 1-3 that make everything else fall into place
Creating your one-word intention that anchors a new identity
Step-by-step setup with me and Ruri:
Creating your knowledge document for the AI that holds your complete life architecture
Installing the AI Coach style in Claude
Walking through each of the 5 steps together
How to document interactions so the AI gets smarter about your patterns
After the recording, you'll implement the 5 steps at your own pace with the AI Coach guiding you:
Step 1: Reflect on your year
Step 2: Examine all 9 areas of life
Step 3: Consolidate to your top 1-3 goals
Step 4: Find your one-word intention

I spent over $100K accumulating strategies that created more confusion than clarity.
The Envisioning Process cuts through the noise to align goals with who you actually are.
Enhanced with AI, it turns that alignment into daily guidance. In 45 minutes, you can have the same system running for yourself.
After experiencing failures and successes in my own entrepreneurial journey, I discovered how to leverage AI to grow my business without requiring 20-hour workdays or massive teams.
My AI powered client acquisition system generated my first $30K month and consistent 5-figure monthly income, with 90% of the workload shared by AI.
In my AI Client Factory Inner Circle, I help impact-focused entrepreneurs shorten months of work into hours while experiencing better results.
It excites me to see members use my systems to scale their businesses, whether they're seasoned business owners or busy professionals building their side ventures.
Because in today's world, success comes from combining strong work ethic with smart systems that multiply your impact.
