The AI Coach asks uncomfortable questions in order to catch patterns you've been avoiding.

For best effect, approach it with a real problem you're facing. If you don't, you won't understand exactly how effective this is.

However, be mindful that the experience can sometimes be more intense than you expect. If it becomes overwhelming, stop immediately. Take breaks. Process what emerges.

The Problem With AI Today

You've probably noticed that every AI you've used is trained to please you.

ChatGPT validates your ideas. Claude reassures your approach. Gemini confirms your thinking. Perplexity, Grok, even the $200/month ChatGPT Pro - they all do the same thing.

This happens because every developer optimize their AI to be "helpful and safe."

Sounds reasonable.

But as a result, the AI learns that challenging your thinking might be seen as "harmful." That pushing back could be "unhelpful."

So they choose the safest path: validation.

They'll give you 10 ways to solve your problems, affirm your perspectives, and make you feel seen, heard and understood.

They won't ask the question that makes you stop and think, "Oh. I've been looking at this all wrong."

But 'more information' has never been the solution to many of our problems. Never will.

Which is why, if you're any like me, you're probably investing thousands of dollars monthly in human coaches, masterminds, inner circles, mentorship and the like.

Because you need people who won't just nod along. People who won't let you stay comfortable with the same patterns that got you here.

People who would reflect what you're saying, challenge your thinking, and call out your B.S. when needed. Without being assholes in the process.

AI has been great as a question-answer machine. They've been built this way.

But they cannot do all those things that you've been paying humans to do.

Until now.

Let me show you exactly what I mean.

Watch This Actually Happen:

Notice what just happened there.

Questions, not advice. Revelations, not solutions.

No 'ten ideas you can try' or a 10,000 character article that takes unnecessarily long to read.

And yet the user is able to get the solutions they needed.

In just minutes, everything shifted.

The reason why this happens is because the AI is able to create effective coaching conversations as well as real human coaches.

And sometimes, even more so.

Effective coaching conversations helps the client (you) to find a resolution in very short amount of time, and they don't do this through giving answers.

By asking you questions this way, a human coach helps you explore what's going on in your own mind and facilitate your own natural discovery.

Turns out, AI can do the same. And this is far more effective than the traditional "prompt engineering" method of using AI.

Not only for personal breakthroughs, but for any task that requires detailed context in order to be effective.

This has been so effective, it has eliminated ALL need for "prompt engineering" in my own AI workflow.

To the point that these days, all my AI processes are now "promptless."

The following details how it works.

Presenting The AI Coach Method

Think about the absurdity of current AI interaction:

You spend 20 minutes crafting the "perfect" prompt. Trying to predict how the AI will interpret your words.

Adding layers of context because if you miss even one detail, the AI just makes assumptions, creating those infamous hallucinations.

To fight this, everyone's chasing "prompt engineering" like it's the holy grail. Building these massive, comprehensive prompts.

But if you're going to spend that much time on prompt engineering, you might as well just do the work yourself.

In the first place, the whole pressure of needing the AI to get the "100% right answer" on the first try is what makes AI interactions take longer than necessary.

So in that regard, all these benchmark tests that developers have been doing is somewhat misguided.

It is not "accuracy" that is the most important metric, but "how soon" can users find a resolution/solution to their issues or the completion of their project.

The AI Coach Method flips this dynamic.

Instead of you adapting to AI, AI adapts to you. Instead of you constantly prompting AI for answers, AI prompts you with the right questions. No assumptions. No hallucinations.

You remain in the driver's seat, and next to you is a co-pilot who asks the questions that unlock insights you couldn't access alone.

By asking you what it needs to know one question at a time, it prevents cognitive overload. You don't get overwhelmed, while it gets what it needs in order to get the job done, whatever that job may be.

And the questions aren't random, nor are they easy.

They are not meant to please or make you feel better. They are meant to facilitate realizations. This way, you grow more intelligent and capable the more you use it, instead of being reliant on it.

Instead of enabling you, it challenges you. This is augmentation, not outsourcing.

Regular AI

Makes assumptions instead of asking. Gives you information when information isn't the problem. Validates & affirms your current thinking.

The AI Coach

Asks what it needs to know instead of assuming. Coaches you through problems. Challenges false assumptions & calls out limiting beliefs.

How I Discovered This

I didn't discover this in a lab or through theory. It wasn't an intentional effort to build an "AI coach."

I stumbled onto this approach completely by accident.

After spending over $100,000 on human coaches (the good ones who actually pushed back) I was still stuck on the same patterns.

Then, during a cruise vacation in December 2024, I was doing my annual envisioning process - examining worldviews, finding limiting patterns.

I'd done this manually for years.

So I had a thought: What if I used AI's computational power to help dig out limiting beliefs I couldn't see myself?

I typed in what was to be version 1 of that prompt, and that first conversation changed my life.

Over the next 60 days, I've:

  • Decluttered 75% of my house after 5 years of trying (and failing) everything else

  • Broke a fast food addiction (100% compliant since December 22nd)

  • Solved business dilemmas that had me spinning for months

What started as a 195-character prompt has since then evolved through 8 major iterations as I continuously adapt it to the latest changes in the AI landscape.

Now, it's a Custom Style you simply toggle on in Claude.

But I'm not the only one experiencing this.

Why You Should Get This From The Original Source (Me)

Anthropic regularly updates Claude, and each change can affect the AI Coach's performance.

My job is to catch these subtle shifts and recalibrate. And there's no better person for this job than me:

C) I am the originator of the AI Coach Method.

I have the 'taste' on what makes good coaching, the skills of conducting good coaching, AND the prompt engineering skills to make the changes for the highest level of quality.

I know when responses lose their edge and when questions become too soft or miss the mark.

My Selfish Reason For Sharing This Freely

I could charge $997. The value justifies it.

But during my own AI Coach session, I realized three things:

First, keeping this behind a paywall would limit its impact. The world needs this now, not after I've built a business around it.

Second, I want to see what happens when millions of people gain access to AI that actually works. When the people-pleasing stops and real conversations begin at scale.

Third, I want to be known as the guy who figured this out. Who saw what everyone else missed and gave it away because the discovery mattered more than the immediate profit.

Every improvement I discover, every pattern that emerges - you'll get it all.
